Welcome to NiFi! By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Information
All items are handmade or 3D printed, which means small variations in color, finish, or dimensions may occur. These are not defects but a natural part of the process.

We strive to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

2. Payments
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure checkout methods.

Payments must be completed before we begin processing your order.

3. Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible.

After this window, orders may have already entered production and cannot be changed or canceled.

4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will happily send a replacement or offer a refund.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

5. Liability
Our products are designed for responsible adult use. NiFi is not liable for misuse or any injury caused by improper handling.
